Job Scope: Provide 1st level helpdesk support over the phone. IT Savy & other ad-hoc duties assign.
Working Hours: 12 hrs shift work (4 days per week) 8.30am-8.30pm.
Requirements:
ITE/O level or above. Bilingual. Liase with Chinese speaking customers. Good communication skills. Diploma will be considered. S'porean/PR & Msia Only.
