Workscope of IT Sales Engineer:
1. Generate sales for the company
2. Expand our IP Cameras & Slingbox business
2. Cold calls required to contact new sales lead
Workscope of Support Technician:
1. Technical support for IP Cameras (Foscam, VStarcam)
2. Technicial support for end-users (Corporate clients)
3. Setup of IP Cameras and assist network engineer to setup office networks
