System Expert Delivery & Data Center

Job Description:
Responsible for delivering technical expertise and support to GGS teams on 3rd parties’ system components during project delivery and ensures technical reliability and evolutions of Gemalto internal datacenters.

She/he is one of the referent on 3rd Parties technical aspects as the relay of the global system expert. And works closely with other GGS Worldwide Operations teams to coordinate usage of new technologies and ensure solution reliability for both in house and Gemalto Datacenter.

Specific Responsibilities
Support delivery teams for System Integration Plan (SIP) definition and ensure it is relevant before sending to service suppliers.
Run acceptance tests of delivered technical solution by suppliers.
Execute all technical tasks to support delivery teams during project phase on 3rd Parties’ perimeter.
Ensure standard setup manufacturing system is up and running to permit continuous deliveries and evolutions.
Ensure coherency of solution deployed on multiple datacenter (redundancy between sites).
Validate datacenter technical implementation is ensuring reliability and evolutions of the solutions.
Train and support local datacenter system administrators.
Provide L3 system support for system to regions for production platform in-house and in datacenters.
Work closely with Industrialization and Deployment Managers in order to ensure full consistency with product standard deployment rules and practices.
Provide support and training for new technology introduction to datacenter system administrators.


Requirements:
Education:
Diploma/degree in Computer Engineering, Network Communication or related discipline.
Experience Level:
10 years in system engineering in complex environment and datacenter operations.
