Responsibilities:
Operation and maintain IP network to provide services such as IP Transit, Internet and MPLS layer 2 VPN Services.
Liaise with the other operational supports globally for international segment and local loop on circuit level maintanence.
Troubleshoot network infrastructure and support customer facing teams with access line carriers and CPE/ system vendors.
Manage and provide supporting on data centre services.
Ensure that emails and trouble tickets are promptly attended.
Procure and install international circuits, node equipment inclusive of module and cables in sites.
Provide service delivery support for customer's ICT projects.

Requirements:
Minimum 2 years of working experience in IT/ Telecommunications Industry.
Good understanding of telecommunications infrastructure like MPLS, SDH, ATM.
Good knowledge of Managed IP and Layer 2, TCP/IP network and services.
Proficient in handling Juniper or Cisco or Extreem routers/ switches.
Experience in LAN/WAN technologies and knowledge with VOIP, PABX will be distinct advantage.
Professional certifications will be a plus point.
