Portal Administrator

Job Description:
Location: Ang Mo Kio

Responsibilities:
Management of Portal Hotlines.
Management of Portal Admin Service Generic account.
Portal Administration Roles:
Assignment of Roles to Portal Ac count.
Management of Reports in the Report Hub.
Maintain all Dynamic aspects of the portal (Infohub pages, HTML pages).
Liasion between Service Desk, SSOE customers and Internal teams.
Generation of Monthly Service Reports.
Review of Monthly Portal SLA reports.
Any other duties as assigned by supervisor.


Requirements:
Diploma or Degree holder in relevant field with 1-2 years' experience.
GCE ‘O’ / ‘A’ Level English – minimum B4
Ability to follow set processes and procedures as part and parcel of daily work requirements
Team player - able to work well with other team members and provide the necessary support when and as required
Resilient - able to work under pressure and ability to track and deliver assignments on schedule
Knowledge of Word, Excel, Powerpoint and good working knowledge of HTML programming.
