Responsibilities:
• Provide pre and post sales support to local and global customers/distributors.
• Determine customer requirements and expectation in order to recommend specific products based on cost, availability or specifications.
• Provide proposal in accordance with specifications/customer requirements.
• Provide technical/maintenance support (both hardware and software) and site trouble-shooting to local and global customers/distributors by phone calls, mail and client visiting.
• Conduct products training and demonstration to local and global customers/distributors.
• Prepare technical documentation.
Requirements:
• Diploma/Degree/ITE or equivalent in Mechanical/Electronics/Electrical Engineering or related fields.
• Good computer skills. Knowledge in Windows, UNIX/Linux OS, SQL, Networking, multi-protocol sensor devices (RS232, RS485, LAN, etc.) and RF technologies will be an added advantage.
• Possess good communication in English and Chinese and interpersonal skills. Conversant in Chinese as there will be frequent liaising with supplier in China.
• Able to travel overseas (occasionally).
• Minimum 2 years of working experience. Fresh graduate with strong technical knowledge and desire to learn and grow with the company are also welcome.
• Able to work independently, self-disciplined who requires minimal supervision and good team player.
• Experience in Security Access Control products is an added advantage.

Provide Recommendations for Upgrades and Improvements
Carry out Preventive Work on PCs, Servers and Firewalls
Prepare IT Status Reports / Documentations and Network Diagrams
Attend to client’s request for IT Products
Requirements:
Strong technical knowledge in Troubleshooting of PC, Network and Server related problems
Familiar with Windows Servers Active Directory domain services administration, troubleshooting, health check and fine-tuning
Experience in Migrating Windows
Experience in Implementing and Maintaining Backup Solutions
Resourceful Engineer who knows how to solve problems independently using online and offline resources
Comfortable with being “on call” for any emergencies after work hours and on weekends
Good communication and Interpersonal Skills
Able to communicate effectively in English
Well organized, proactive and self-directed, able to perform with minimal supervision and also a team player
