Responsibilities:
- Manage and lead a team of software and hardware engineers to conceptualize, design, prototyping, test & debug of semiconductor process/automation equipments.
- Provide technical leadership, roadmap and budget to meet KPI.
- Work and coordinate with key departments to meet the customers' requirements.
- Track project milestones and deliverables & identify potential risk and devise contingency plans.
- Allocate and prioritize resource/time/tasks effectively.
- Act as Mentor and trainer
- Work with Document Control to ensure all product-related information, processes and workflows, project documents are completed, up-to-date and stored.
- Manage RFQ proposal, FMEA, documentation for manual, ECN, Work instruction, specification and test plan.
Requirements:
- Master/Degree in Electrical/Electronics/Computer Engineering;
- Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in similar position in an Equipment OEM.
- Experience in Real-Time Operating System (RTOS), Windows OS, .NET and OOP.
- Strong programming experience in multi-threaded application using VC++ and VB++
- Good knowledge of International Electrical Standard such as UL508A, supplement SB, NFPA 70, 79, IEC60204, IP66/67 NEMA, NEC2005 and SEMI S22 is an added advantage
- Hardware experience in the application of Stepper, Servo & Linear Motion control system, High Speed I/O, Networking
- Good communication, interpersonal, problem solving and analytical skills
- Able to work under pressure and deliver result
- Prepared to travel and station overseas for short period of time for Technical Sales Support and product transfer activities
