Network Engineer

Job Description:
Troubleshoot and resolve problems.
Maintain good communications with all relevant parties throughout troubleshooting process.
Multi-task and prioritize assigned tasks, problems and requests.
Collaborate and cooperate with other members of team, and members of other teams.
Identify problems and issues (technical, process, people) encountered and highlight to the higher levels of management.


Requirements:
Knowledge with infrastructure environments
Knowledge with business Information Technology (IT) applications.
Experience in operational and implementing converged networks such as IP, ATM, Frame Relay, Gigabit Ethernet, VoIP, and Wireless-based technology.
Able to work independently with minimal supervision if necessary.
Travelling to customer sites within Singapore required.
Willing to be on standby or perform off-hours tasks.
