Job Description:
Location: Robinson Road
Responsibilities:
Provide operational desktop support to other departments as well as various supporting organizations.
Manage and maintain IT inventory
Perform hardware repairs on various IT equipments.
Install, launch and recovery support for all kind of bundled applications.
Evaluate/ implement solutions for business support.
Anticipate potential problems and provide possible solutions.
Maintain a number of application and file-sharing servers.
Requirements:
Minimum 1 year of desktop support working experience.
Location : Harbourfront
1 Year contract renewable.
