IT Admin

Job Description:
· Provide end user support to employees
· Setup workstations and laptops for internal users
· Monitor and maintain Windows servers / internet access / network
· Provide first level troubleshooting of IT hardware and administration support of Windows Servers
· Perform backup duties and basic networking skills with Cisco products

Requirements:
· Diploma in Information Technology or equivalent
· Good knowledge in Microsoft Technologies - Windows Server 2003/2008, Exchange 2003/2007, Microsoft ISA 2006, etc
· Knowledge of Web Development (ASP.NET) would be an added advantage
· Able to thrive under pressure and tight deadlines, as well as to communicate with people at all levels
