IT Specialist

Job Description:
Responsible for the company IT activities, including :
Manage outsource desktop support vendor
Coordinate with hardware maintenance vendors
Monitor the progress of external consultant works
In charge of QAD implementation, and regional roll-out
Provide first level user support on QAD.
Maintain record of IT hardware and software licenses.
Review IT infrastructure for the Group
Lead or participate in Process Improvement and Internal Control in IT related areas.




Requirements:
Diploma/ Degree holder
3-5 years prior IT implementation experiences
Knowledge in QAD, especially material planning function.
Good logical thinking and communication skills
Team player and deadline driven
