System Engineer (Exchange / AD Administrator)

Job Description:
Responsible for planning, testing, tuning, configuration and setup of Microsoft Exchange architecture as well as supporting common email applications.
Administer and support Active Directory, DNS & Microsoft Exchange 2003.
Responsible for maintaining and operating all VM ESX and SAN Storage in Asia / Australia regions.
Analyze, design, implement and maintain hardware servers, UPS, Networking equipment and other essential peripherals.
Provide support to the Data Center.
Conduct hardware & software audit.
Ensure update to update documentation of IT equipment procurement activities.
Provide 2nd level prompt & effective support to resolve hardware problem and infrastructure problem to end users within SMI Singapore
Maintain information security by ensuring all system servers & workstations are equipped with the latest Anti-virus pattern.

Requirements:
Bachelor Degree / Diploma in Information Technology with 3 years experience support in a MS Exchange 2003 / 2007 environment
Prior experience with supporting and managing Vmware environment and SAN Storage will be an advantage
Candidates with ITIL V3 Foundation Certified will be an advantage.
Candidates with VM Engineer Certified will be an advantage
Strong analytical skills and problem solving skills
Process oriented with high level of initiative.
