IT Officer

Job Description:
-Administration of services and IT operations such as tape backup and server room maintenance
-Proficient in PC hardware, MS Windows Network, office software packages, network security issues and Lotus Notes email system
-Basic knowledge in data networking, Internet connectivity, firewalls and VPN
-Maintain hardware and software audit and apply security patches regularly
-Implement security policy on PCs and Laptops
-Liase with IT vendors in procurement of IT equipments
-Maintain and update technical support document, IT report and policy


Requirements:
-Diploma in IT/Computer Science or equivalent
-Minimum 1-2 years of end-user support experience in a manufacturing environment is preferred
-Experience in systems and local areas network systems as well as Intranet and internet connectivity
-A team player with strong ability to manage multiple priorities, goals and detailed-oriented
-Willing to provide off-hours support
-Possess in MCSE Certification will be an added advantage
-Applicants should be Singapore citizens or holding relevant status.
