Analyst Programmer

Job Description:

-Location: West
-Salary: SGD 2000 - 4500
-Responsibilities:
Responsible for providing support to user on applications-related issues.
Perform issue/problems/requirements gathering
Analyze and identify the cause of the issue
Follow-up on issues with users and development teams
Perform testing and provide resolution or work-around solution to customer.
Ensure timely completion and closure of all incidents/changes
Documentation of all procedures, specifications, process etc.
Participate in requirement analysis, prototyping, design, implementation and integration of new systems and/or enhancements of existing systems.
Generating program design specifications and programming codes based on the system design specifications and user requirements.
Test written programs, prepare the required documentations, maintain and enhance existing programs to meet current business needs.

Requirements:
Diploma or Degree in Information System, Accountancy or Business Administration.
At least 2 - 3 yrs of experience in application support (1st or 2nd line)
Working experience in developing web-based enterprise solutions using ASP.NET, C#, AJAX, Web Service, MS SQL Database, Reporting Service and/or Crystal Report
Experience in implementing mid-to-large scale enterprise and/or accounting solutions for property developers will be an added advantage
