Job Description:
Provide Networking and Troubleshooting in LAN and WAN environment
Process weekly and monthly reports and other documentations
Ensure all the assigned incidents are handled properly and timely
Handling telephone calls and e-mails from end-users/customers (IT-related enquiries and trouble-reporting)
Resourceful with strong problem-solving skills as well as the ability to work independently
Strong sense of responsibility and commitment to customer service
Working experience in PC/LAN/Internet Setup, Linux and Microsoft Products
Certifications such as MCSE/CCNA/MCP will be added advantage
To participate and assist in new project implementations.
To assist in any other IT related activities
Requirements:
Diploma in IT or equivalent preferred
Basic LAN and WAN knowledge
Some programming and database knowledge and experience preferred
Ability to work overtime including weekends and Public Holidays
Highly motivated and hardworking with positive attitude
Good command of written and spoken English
Good interpersonal and customer service skills
Ability to carry out first-level trouble-shooting
Singaporeans or Singapore PR preferred
Candidates who can start work immediately will be at an advantage
Class 3 driving license
** Minimum 2 years experience
Salary range: Basic pay of S$1,800 – S$2,500.
