Desktop & Helpdesk Engineer

Requirements:
-Degree or Diploma in IT or equivalent
-At Least 1-2 years of experience in Desktop / Helpdesk support
-Ability to troubleshoot and resolve hardware/software problems
-Experience in Windows Operating Systems (Win2000/XP/Vista/Windows7)
-Customer service oriented with good communication skills
-Fresh Graduates / Diploma holders are welcome to apply
