Senior Executive/Assistant Manager (IT) Community Mental Health

Job Description:

- Plan and implement Community Engagement activities as prescribed under the Community Mental Health Division’s work-plan and directives.

- Identify and develop new community partners for the outreach initiatives in the community mental health arena and coordinate CMH engagement , outreach plans and activities with community mental health partners and stakeholders including Restructured Hospitals, NCSS etc

- Implement strategies and initiatives that will enhance the destigmatisation effort in communities across healthcare, education, social and security arenas.

- Supporting the department/division in all other related community and stakeholder engagements and communications activities to meet the divisional objectives of CMH.

- Evaluate the effectiveness of community engagements in meeting set objectives of the overall CMH programme.

- Drive IT initiatives and projects that will enable better transfer of information across the mental healthcare continuum (includes healthcare and social sector agencies) to achieve CMH operational effectiveness.

- Conceptualization and development of communication and engagement plans using the new media platforms including resource websites.
- To work with strategic stakeholders/partners to facilitate all phases of CMH IT activity including strategy, support and alignment with CMH, AIC and MOH directions and policies.
- To participate and facilitate IT project planning; stakeholder engagement, change management; implementation oversight; monitoring; reporting; evaluation and benefits realization
-To work with other related IT agencies, government agencies, community organizations, professional bodies, voluntary welfare organisations and ILTC providers in identifying, developing and implementing Community Mental Health programmes.
-To engage internal customers from other departments and divisions to further develop CMH programmes for the Community & ILTC sector.


Requirements:
-Basic Diploma/Degree in Computer Science/Information Technology

-At least 2 to 5 years experience in the healthcare or community sectors, preferred.

-Strong interpersonal and communication skills; creative, proactive, people-oriented and independent.

-Good writing and presenting skills

-Competent in MS Office Word, Excel, and Powerpoint.

-Demonstrated experience in managing and delivering information system programs in complex environments (health care industry experience would be highly advantageous).
