J2EE/SQL Junior Developers & Interns

Job Description:

-Location: Singapore

-Responsibilities:
Ideas or suggestions of architect, design and develop applications and interfaces with server-based components.
Understands standard systems development lifecycle processes and applies our methodology effectively on client engagements.
Prepare technical and functional documents and provides post-implementation maintenance and support.
Attend and participate in regular technical meetings either internal or external.
Ensure that all information is secure and confidential whether in paper or electronic form.

Requirements:
-Candidate studies Computer Science or a comparable professional education

Relational Databases:
-Understands basic relational database concepts.
-Confidently writes basic SQL statements.
-Big table database/data warehousing knowledge is preferred.

Programming Languages:
-Exhibits proficiency in J2EE/J2SE OO programming language.
-Possesses working knowledge of JSP, JavaScript, CSS and HTML.
-Possesses basic knowledge of XML/XSL.

Architecture:
-Demonstrates basic knowledge of object and component methodology and technology.
-Possesses basic knowledge of classes, components, objects, and interfaces.

Communication and professional qualities:
-Fluent English language skills and project experience.
-Displays a positive attitude and demonstrates flexibility in day-to-day work.
-Establishes harmonious working relationships with team members.
-Appreciates each team member's contributions and values each individual member.
-Ability to communicate, readiness for action, ability to work under pressure, flexibility and team player.
-Knowledge of one additional Asian language preferred.
