IT Manager

Job Description:
-Lead and motivate the technical team
-Plan for growth and advancement of individual technical person
-Provide 3rd level support for maintenance team
-Provide Presales services for the Sales team to meet customer requirement
-Manage technical team as a revenue generating centre to achieve positive returns
-Identify new technologies and trends to keep the company updated and relevant

Requirements:
-Minimum Bachelor in IT or Computer Studies
-Min 3-4 years hands on technical experience with Windows Server Environment
-Min 2 year experience in managing a Technical Team in System Integrator Environment
-Technical experience in other OS, such as Linux, Unix and AIX are a plus
-Additional Technical experience in Networking
-Organized and good planning and coordination skills
-Managing a technical team of 4-8 engineers
-Project Management experience for mid to large scale IT projects
-Resourceful and able to seek out solutions to customer request
-Ability to communicate in Mandarin is an advantage
-Only Singapore Citizens or those with Permanent Residence status need apply
