Job Description:

System Engineer

Location:Jurong East, Trudehub 21


Responsibilities:
Perform System setup and configurations,
Provide System Support, System Testing, Troubleshooting, System integration and upgrading.
Implement solutions to problem faced by clients.
Perform Preventive and Corrective maintenance.
System defect diagnosis and investigation.
System backup and recovery.


Requirements:
Diploma or Degree in Electronic or IT.
At least 2 years in related field.
Knowledge of Windows Server 2008 and SQL 2008.
Knowledge of server and desktop hardware troubleshooting and setup
Strong analytical, problem solving and decision making skills.
Ability to work with tight deadlines and independently.

Operation and IT Technician

Job Description:
Operation and IT Technician
Location: Central
Working Hours: Monday to Friday – 1pm to 10pm
Salary: S$1800-$2200


Responsibilities:
Provide 1st level of trouble shooting for any desktop or Network to users.
Provide troubleshooting to PCs, Printers, and any other Computer Peripherals
Maintenance Review of routine maintenance task, schedule, performance measure and analysis, inventory & asset tracking.
Ensure all daily operation tasks complete successfully under the supervision of Operation Manager.
Ensure all daily IT tasks complete successfully under the supervision of UK IT department.
To liaise, manage and supervise vendors or contractors performing the implementation or set-up to ensure that they conform to the design or standards
Review Vendor report and attend meeting with vendors.
Responsible for setting up of classroom before the commencement of any lectures, workshops and events.


Requirements:
Minimum NITEC in IT discipline.
Knowledge in system configuration, networking, backup and restore, systems security etc.
Minimum 3 years of working experience
Prior working experience in school is an advantage
Able to work independently and provide after office hour support
Singaporeans/SPRs Only
Able to start immediately will be an advantage

Software Support Helpdesk

Job Description:
SOFTWARE SUPPORT HELPDESK

Responsibilities:
Visit to our client offices for software installation & provide software training to the end users
Support user enquiries on IT issues via phone/email/remote assistance
Provide first level phone and email support
Diagnose and resolve technical issues
Make calls to existing clients informing about any upgrades or patches


Requirements:
1 - 2 years experience in IT Support / Helpdesk / Onsite / Desktop support
Fresh Diploma holders in IT or related discipline are welcome to apply
Fluent in using Web Applications
Fluent in using mobile phone application
Knows how to set-up phone applications
Have some IT knowledge
Guide Users over the telephone to use either mobile application or web application.
Good housekeeping and troubleshooting skills
Have a pleasant personality, patience enough and enjoy talking to people
Must have good speaking & writing communication skill in English
Having an analytical mind for problem solving
